The location of this place is amazing, just a stone's throw away from local restaurants. The staff here are super friendly, and there are some great dining options around. Our room was pretty spacious and had a modern feel to it. Plus, we had a fantastic view of the water 😊.

The place was fairly clean and we loved king suite. The room was separate, and we had an exceptionally good view of the ocean. It was perfect and included a nice bathroom.

The service was friendly and the pool was heated. The room I booked was immaculate and bright with 2 bedrooms and a larger window. Got a warm breakfast included. Courteous people were working here. The location was marvelous and incredible - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

Particularly good and perfect spot near Newport restaurants & wharf. Booked a large and updated room with a much nicer bed, wood flooring plus hardwood floors. Early check-in, late check-out. A well-priced hotel, my first choice in Middletown.

The room was clean and had a nice view of the water. It was a great spot for a last minute overnight trip. They had everything I needed - a comfy couch and a desk to jot stuff down 🌊.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach and have easy access to local restaurants. It is within walking distance of the beach, making it convenient for beach lovers. Additionally, the hotel is located close to many activities, so even if you are not in the downtown area, there are plenty of things to do. The rooms are clean and updated, with comfortable beds and chilly air conditioning. The shuttle service to Newport is also a great perk, allowing guests to explore the area easily.

The staff was not very friendly or welcoming, which can be a downside for guests who value good customer service.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable - within walking distance of Cliff Walk Walkway. We requested an a double room with lovely view and were completely satisfied.

We loved cereal, muffins and granola. The location was brilliant, and we could reach a contemporary art gallery by walking. Further, it was next to beach, and a nice half a hour walk into town.

Generally, appreciated this well priced and reliable accommodation with excellent staff with their services. The location was marvellous and stunning, to everything you want to see in Newport, in the very quiet area.
